Our Delivery Service

A few days prior to the delivery of your product, our delivery team will contact you to confirm the date of your delivery, the details of your order and any delivery instructions.

Day of Delivery

The day before the delivery, expect a call from our delivery team between 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. to give you a 3-hour delivery window, which provides you with a timeframe when you can expect to receive the delivery of your purchase. We are on the road with free home delivery service 7 days a week between 7:00 am -10:00 pm.

We also offer a premium delivery time of your choice at a nominal fee for customers requiring their delivery at a specific time.

Respect for you and your home

Upon arrival at your residence, our courteous delivery team puts on booties to protect your floors before work begins. They are trained to treat your product and your home gingerly and with respect. And they are more than happy to unpackage your new purchase of your Mattress Set and assemble it free of charge. Afterwards we remove any unwanted packaging materials.

Removal of Old Mattresses

Upon delivery of your new purchase, if you wish, we will remove your old mattress and box spring and donate them to charity.

Going to your Country Home

If you intend to purchase a bed for your country home and are wondering about delivery, rest easy. Each year beginning on the Victoria Day weekend, our trucks deliver to your country home and they stay on the road through to Thanksgiving. Make your selection at any Dormez-vous store and have it delivered to your country home.

Typically, country home deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. However, in July and August, extra delivery days are scheduled during the week depending on demand. Deliveries are made throughout The Laurentians and the Eastern Townships for a nominal fee.
